How do I begin to respond to a Savior?

The King of all who died to relate to my sin

How do I begin to praise the Creator

My finite words to thank the One who has been

 

The grace that knows no bounds

Extended to me now

 

Ever reaching love

Hands that placed the stars and holds my heart

Ever reaching love

Created breath, sustaining life

Ever reaching love

Stretched upon a cross, ever reaching out to me

 

How do I begin to respond to the Healer

With mercy in the Name that encompasses all

All burdens are secured in the folds of Your wisdom

So I can life free hands to the joy of my soul

 

The stars align at Your touch

The sea is calmed by Your word

And still you meet me wiht love

That bled to be ever enough
